Ensure the highest ethical standards in our policies, procedures, and practice standards by setting clear expectations for our organization encompassing integrity, honesty, and compassion. Our standards of excellence are consistently maintained through continuous reinforcement of ideals, innovations, and integrity that uphold identified organizational values, competency, and application of ethical guidelines without compromise.

Ecotherapy and Ecopsychology promote a commitment to services, and/or processes that generate a long-term social and environmental benefit while maintaining economic wellness.

Our organization is dedicated to continuous improvement of environmental performance, and a commitment to efficient use of natural resources, protection of ecosystems, and, where applicable, ensuring a baseline of compliance with environmental practices.

Collaboration, Coordination, and Communication. Fundamental principles of interpersonal success begin with a collaborative connection that models a commitment to autonomy, boundaries, and the engagement of co-sensing (Theory U). Our commitment to our team members, consumers, and community fosters connection modeling validation in the exchange of ideas and information creating a person-centered, strength-based, wrap-around, and trauma-informed approach. 

Learning and Growth. Cultivate a culture of learning while fostering creative ideas, continuous improvement, practice sharing, and innovating together as a team. Our commitment to education, learning, training, and maintaining up-to-date information for consumer care is essential. Providers are expected to employ continuing education, consultation, peer mentoring, and other educational endeavors to maintain clinical acumen, professional integrity, and up-to-date knowledge.

Consumer Success. Consumers are supported in success, which in turn is our success.  Our role is to champion optimal healing and wellness. This is recognizing in our consumers the courage to seek support; attend appointments; and, learn strategies for healing, growth, and transformation.

Our practice aspires to effectively support, encourage, and empower a work culture that supports personal and professional development and optimal wellness. Well-being strategies are employed that support emotional, social, and physical success.
